I specialize in helping clients with the following:
Migraines and headaches
Chronic Back pain & Low back pain
TMJ dysfunction
Limited range of motion
Swedish massage: Long gliding strokes and kneading on the superficial
(outer) layers of muscles. Swedish offers benefits including relaxation, improved
range of motion, decreased stress and muscle tension, and increased
circulation.
Deep Tissue massage or NMT (neuromuscular therapy): Applied with
greater pressure and reaches deeper layers of muscles. NMT releases chronic
pain patterns of muscular tension.
Chair Massage: Call to schedule a chair event at your office or event. A great
thank you to your employees, bridal party, etc. Min of 5-6 people each purchase
a 10 min chair massage ($10 each).The organizer's chair massage is FREE for
coordinating and collecting the $.
Thai Yoga and Self Stretch Class: Call to schedule at your home or office.
Must have a min. of 5 participants. Will tailor a class for 20 min, 30 mins, or 1 hr
to meet participants needs. This is a great stress reliever for "girls night in" or
during your lunch break at work.
